In 2016 Dry Martini was named one of thebest bars in the world for the eighth consecutive year on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, and is considered the fourth best bar in history and number one in Europe. He is owner of several bars, including Dry Martini in Barcelona, one of the reference points in the Spanish cocktail world; Speakeasy, ; and the mythical Gimlet. He now manages twenty-four establishments all over the world.
